Cydia Download

Are you sick and tired of the limited functionality offered by the iPhone? Do you friends with Android phones laugh at your inability to do something as simple as select custom ringtones? If so, maybe it’s time you jailbroke your iPhone. Even though Apple doesn't support jailbreaking, it is the perfect way for you to truly unleash the full functionality of iOS. And with the latest Apple operating system, iOS 7 not living up to user expectations, I'm guessing there will be a lot of people who finally give in and jailbreak their iPhone devices. If you are refraining from jailbreaking your iPhone because you believe the process is too long and complicated then this is the perfect article for you. The truth is, jailbreaking your iPhone is quite easy. All you need to do is download software and install it on your computer. The software will take care of the rest.

Have you ever heard of Cydia? Cydia is the app store where you find all the apps which Apple hasn’t allowed into the iTunes store. You gain access to Cydia once you jailbreak your iPhone. Read on for some more information on Cydia and on jailbreaking iOS 7.

There is a method to installing Cydia onto your iOS 7 device, and it obviously starts with Cydia download. But before I get to that there is one thing which you need to do prior to installation. You need to take a backup of your device using iTunes. The main purpose for this is because you may need to restore your iPhone using this backup in case it gives trouble in the future. Since Apple will not service jailbroken devices, you will need to restore the original iOS 7 from this backup if the need to visit an Apple store ever arises. Now, on to the jailbreak.

You can't use Cydia until you have jailbroken your iPhone. There are a lot of software’s available on the internet that can do just that for you. All you need to do is find one such software and install it on your computer. Connect your iPhone with your computer and the software will take care of the rest. There are many websites which might ask you to pay a fee for jailbreaking software. Ignore these websites as jailbreaking software is free. They will most probably re-direct you to a free website anyway.

Once you jailbreak your iPhone you will find that the Cydia app has been added to your menu. With this app you will gain access to everything outside the iTunes store which has been created for your device. You will find a lot of cool apps here and you will finally be able to fully customize your iPhone to reflect your individual likes and dislikes. I really hoped Apple would include these features in iOS 7. But since they haven't I've had no other choice but to jailbreak my iPhone. Why don't you give it a shot as well? Worst comes to worst you won't like it and can restore your original iOS from the backup. You really have nothing to lose do you?
